About this site
Welcome to The Anonymous Care Manager – a dedicated space for all care workers in mental health homes. My mission is to create a supportive community where you can share your stories, learn from one another, and find resources to aid you in your crucial work.
With over 15 years of experience in the field, my journey has encompassed various roles, including caregiver, cleaner, cook, activity lead, health lead, handyman and deputy manager. For the past 10 years, I have proudly served as a registered manager, overseeing and improving the quality of care provided.
I believe in the power of storytelling and community. By sharing personal experiences, we can inspire, support, and educate each other, thereby enhancing the quality of care we provide.
